Hi, I’m Dr. Hayley Kelly!
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, with a PhD and a Masters, and was a Board-approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia…
Who successfully turned my clinical skills (that spanned over a decade!) into non-clinical offerings.
From group coaching containers and 1:1 business coaching, to online trainings and webinars - these reimagined offerings quickly supported me to generate more income, and experience more fulfilment and impact than ever before…
The Therapists Rising team are devoted to arming you with everything you need to support you to succeed
(including a healthy dose of good-old cheerleading!)

Hayley’s story...
My journey to get my career to where it is today was a windy one (the good ones are always windy, I say!)
A very long story short...
After spending a few too many years studying, and then growing a very successful career as a Clinical Psychologist … I had a baby
I learned quick-smart that being a Clinical Psychologist and a busy Mum, don’t go so well together. Well, not if you value freedom, wellbeing and abundance!
And so, I set out to find a different way forward.
Thankfully, as soon as I began my search, the Universe sent hundreds of role-models my way...
Role models who were making their own career rules, earning bucket loads of money, and serving deeply in ways that felt inspiring and exciting to them ... WITHOUT exhaustion and burnout.
My friend - my mind was BLOWN!
The metaphorical heights these people were reaching were phenomenal, and something I didn’t even know was possible (because sometimes, what we don’t see, we don’t know - right?!)
So I followed their lead, heeded their sage advice and ... (*drumroll please*) … transformed my clinical skills, experience and wisdom into non-clinical magic.
And with it came w-a-y less bureaucracy and red tape...
And w-a-y more fulfilment, money, impact and time with my family...
All without me having to turn my whole life upside down, and throw my many precious years of education and training out the window.
Making this career transition transformed my life so phenomenally that it’s become my life’s goal to support other budding Entrepreneurial Therapists to do the same!

Now, on a personal note, because I always love peeking behind curtains of Founders lives, I have...
A next-level love of bacon (so much so that we have a choreographed bacon dance in our household?!)...
A fear of wet hair (very odd, I know)...
And I was once very accurately described by a beloved client as “a sweary version of Disney Princess”. Haha.
I am human through and through so trust me - if I can pursue my dreams and successfully make the transition from clinical to non-clinical work
- then so can you, friend.
